Hello Doctors. I'm nearly 4 month pregnant. My gynecologist go for vacation. For this I'm late for taking iron & calcium tablets. I'm taking hemfer XT for iron. Can I take shelcal 500 ? If yes how many times per day & before or after meal?

If your Gynaecologist has gone on a long leave then you should register yourself with another Gynaecologist in your area. You will need periodical Medical examination during your pregnancy. Everything can't be discussed on Tele-consultation.

Yes u can take shelcal 500 mg two times a day after food Take iron 30 min before food, once a day
