Hello From last 2 year my calcium serum test results show upward trend. 9,9.5,9.6,9.9 and current 10.00 what may be reason for its increase trend. I take no calcium supplement as for last 1 year. But take crud and milk, paneer egg daily in my diet.

9-11 is mormal range Better intake in diet and better absorption are the reasons. Minor increase and decrease are always there.If it is less than 9 or more than 11..its a cause of concern.
