Calcification in liver 3 mm size ,

“I have a history of calcification in the liver noted on imaging. Previous CT scan (2022) showed small calcified foci in the liver, and my recent ultrasound mentioned small  calcifications 3 mm . I would like your opinion regarding the significance, cause, and whether any follow-up is required. Please advise Repost attached.

Calcifications in the liver are healed of old scars of previous infection due to parasites, tuberculosis etc. No treatment is required but monitoring of size is required by ultrasound every 6 months, diet changes are required. Consult a tuberculosis specialist to clear up doubt about tb.
