Hello there...very sorry to hear about your brother....well immediately get your brother admitted in a multi speciality reputed hospital also get an ambulance with proper handling staff to ferry him(i advice u to not take him in private car or public transport).keep the neck in an absolute still position .... your brother needs immediate hospitalization in a proper care setup... any furthur movements of neck or mishandling during transportation can have bad consequences....i am not trying to scare you but any dislocation of cervical spine needs immediate specialist attention.
