C section back and stomach pain

I had c section 2 months back these days sometimes i am having pain at a spot on upper right back which radiates to ribs below right breast and down, i feel like nausea at that time and weird sensation in stomach,as if stomach is upset, i also have constipation now and then, is this gastric pain? It happens only in right side
