Had got c section 2 months 10 days ago and delivered girl baby and breast feeding her . I got periods with mild pain today night and is it normal?

It is only 24 hours since you started bleeding. Please let it continue for 2-3 days. If it doesn't stop spontaneously then you should consult your Gynaecologist who did the Caesarean.
