5hrs bus ride in 13 week pregnancy safe or not? Till now no complications. Pls guide me .What about train travel 29hrs

13 weeks of pregnancy placental formation is done. If the cervical length is good and if the route is good you can still travel with support medicine while travelling. But if there is an option of flight or train that is the best option
