Burning urination

Feeling of blocking or holding for 2-3 seconds while starting urine. Burning while urinating. Feeling something in penile urethra. Urológist said no problem. Urine tést Pus cell 3-4 /HPF , Ph Acidic , red cells occasionally , Protein Trace. Is this prostatitis or anything serious?
