Burning throat muscle

My throat burns from outside. 30 days before muscle of thyroid region used to have burning sensation and felt little muscle growth whole of the burning region for few minutes few hrs after eating. Now there is swelling or muscle growth above Adam's apple and burns for few minutes after eating. I have stomach indigestion from one month.

Mostly probably due to gastritis ,Avoid oily and spicy food ,take meal at a proper time .Syr Mucaine gel 1 tsf twice daily before food for 1 weeks
