Burning sensation in pelvic area

I am having pain and burning sensation in lower abdomen (pelvic area) sometimes my clitoris pain when i urinate previously i was diagnosed with uti and some sort of vaginal infection but my discharge didnt stopped. I am also having a lot of white discharge sometimes its like crud and sometimes its watery. My periods are regular. I also had protected intercourse. Last period was on 12.09.21
