Hello doctor my mother is having burning sensation in her mouth from one week whenever she eats very spicy, cold or hot food. Doctor has prescribed her antibiotics, vitamin bcomplex medicine and said this is because of stomach acidity reflux, but after taking antibiotics from last four days , she has no relief. Can you prescribe the medicine and what is the reason for the same. Thanks and regards

If the burning sensation is in mouth, it could be oral ulcer or fungal infection or something else. Acid reflux generally causes burning in chest (food pipe) or stomach pain. Need to ask you more questions for better evaluation and treatment. You can consult me on practo for further Management.
