Burning sensation in feet

Non diabetic, no bp issue. Regular jogger since last 20 yrs. Steps abt 20K a day. Walk 30 mts after food ( 3 times a day ). Do regular stretching exercises. Inspite of this getting lot of burning sensation in feet. Subsides if use Ice pack 2-3 times a day. Normal feet sole structure. Vit D3, B12, Thyroid profile, sugar profile, Liver, lipid, kidney profile normal. Most blood parameters are normal. Kindly suggest some remedial measures. I cannot do away with my running regime. Pl do the needful. BV Sreedhar

Not sure if you are aware. Foot crush haemolysis etc are very common in runners. So just carry on. Medications are not recommended. All the best. J G S R clinic

Lot of advise  u got from  lot of doctors. Definitely  change shoes as advised. Use of ice is also good. Treatment Gabapentine300 two times a day after food for five days. Neurokind od after dinner for 3to5 weeks.

Review the jogging shoes, should be thick, feet well enclosed and comfortable. If results are normal,  take tab gabba pentin 300mg one morning and one evening for 15 days. Tab neurobion forte one daily for 15 days. Reduce amt of running for some time.Once you get relief, resume and then increase gradually. Connect online   after 2 weeks. Treatment can be reviewed after 2 weeks.
