From 2 days I suffering from burning only during defecation and immediately gets relief , I checked no growth of tissue is their near anus During defecation it feels like burning something only once Please advise any ointment for it

It may because of anal fissure, which is because of construction. Use stool softener, sitz bath, lot's of water and high fibre diet will help you.

This pain is most probably due to fissure. You have to consult properly to get a prescription so that the condition does not aggrevate. Till then you can apply anorelief ointment half hours before stools.
