Bleeding after defecation
Today while defecating I noticed bleeding in a  certain amount, and it is happening whenever going to poop. There is no pain , but a sensation is there. What could be the reason, and which doctor I should visit for this?(gynaecologist?, gastrologist?, general physician? TIA

In general bleeding while passing stools can be due to piles/ hemorrhoids, as you are not having any pain it should be Internal hemorrhoids. It will be due to constipation, or lack of fiber in food. You should visit the general surgeon for proper treatment.
Next Steps
Visit general surgeon for further treatment.
