Get a urine routine and microscopy examination. If there are pus cells you need to start an antibiotic after giving your urine sample for culture test. Drink approx 5 litres of water per day. Take tablet uristat/pyridium/ utistat relief 200 mg one tablet 3 times a day for 2 days. This will cause your urine to turn dark in colour so don't worry but will relieve for burning. Don't take this tablet if you have kidney or renal disease or g6pd deficiency or you are pregnant. Get a usg abdomen+kub done to rule out any stone in your kidney or urinary bladder.

Hello, Get a routine urine culture test done. Drink at least 5 litres of water every day to get relief from burning. You are likely to have a vaginal infection. Visit a gynecologist for further evaluation and management.
Next Steps
Visit a gynecologist.
