Having burning sensation in throat chest and stomach often, getting bad after food, taking somprez for the past three days, please suggest can I continue it for a week or I should change the medicines

Yes you can continue that tablet ,along with that u can take Syp.Gaviscon 2tsp thrice a day before food ... If still there is no relief get the endoscopy done to see whethere there is an any ulcer or not. Avoid tea,coffee,spicy and oily food.

First thing is change your food habits. Don't eat spicy and oily food. Then use of medication might help. And for further evaluation. Consult online.
