Burning sensation during urination

Hello doctor, One week before my wife was suffering from buring sensation while peeing then she took martifur mr 100 tablet twice day and her her problem solved. But again she is facing same issue from two days and now she is also taking same medicine but now burning is still there after 4 dose. So what is the issue now. So please suggestion medicine for this.
