Burning sensation and pain
Last three weeks I m feeling burning sensation and sometimes light pain in the middle of the chest , sometimes in chest side , sometimes in abdomen. Sometimes feel hot from inside. What to do ??

Looks like GERD ..it can be managed with antacids,avoid stress ...
if u have family history of diabetes or BP ,n symptoms are not revlived ..do an ECG ..

Mostly due acidity problem
Use antacid and PPIs

Regular time meals and don't skip meals
Avoid fatty ,spicy and oily foods
