Burning sensation after ejaculation.

I feel a burning sensation inside my penis after I masturbate. I generally fades away after some time about an hour. But, sometimes it doesn't feel any pain after masturbation but sometimes it does. I then drink a lot of water and urinate. I do not frequently masturbate. 1 or 2 times a month I do masturbation sometimes even just 1. Please let me know the diagnosis.
