Burning near gums.
Hi respected sir or mam.
I have burning sensation on near gums single side its happen like white patch or may be red ness don't know .
10% of burning sensation is ther .
Plz can u suggest me some gel.
I was applying metroply dg forte .
Can u suggest me some gud gel and tablet plz

You need to show it to a dentist before it increases in size. Can be due to multiple reasons.can be without reason doo. Idiopathic.or due to a filling. Or maybe due to any habits like tobacco chewing.As of now. Avoid anything spicy and extremely hot food.
Metrogyl wont help for the white patch.
Apply kenacort gel thrice a day after meals and do not drink or eat anything for half an hour after applying the gel. And continue with your multivitamin tablet.
