Having burning in my vagina almost all the time and having pain during pee I consumed pyridium-200 for 3-4 days but no improvement in fact getting severe cramps now and not having an urge to eat anything

Please get your urine routine examination and culture (with antibiotics sensitivity) done. Use Candid V gel for vagina and vulva. Keep the area clean with a mild soap and water. Keep the area dry.  Wear loose fitting cotton underwear. Consult a Gynaecologist or a General Physician with your urine culture report.
