My daughtr is having burning sensation in urine from 2 days no fever no ache nothing.just burning sensation in urine and dribble She delivered  baby 8 months ago Also her periods is not coming What medicine to give plz suggest as no opd available in hospital near by

This could be a simple urine infection Please send a midstream urine sample for routine and culture Also send a blood sample for S. Beta HCG to rule out pregnancy since she has not gotten her periods Meanwhile u can give her Syp. Alkasol 2 tbsp in 1 glass of water three times a day for symptomatic relief.
