Burning feet

2022-08-06 05:24:47
A burning sensation in feet, usually occurs in nights. I have to sit with feets dipped in cold water for about half an hour for getting relief. Further medical detail : 1. Though I never measured the BP before, now the BP readings are 145/115. 2. No existing illness. 3. I do regular light workouts. Please suggest behaviourial adoptions as well, to over come these syndrome, as I dont want to indulge long term medicinal intake.
