Absolutely normal structure of tongue, a type of tongue papillae present physiologically at back part of tongue. They appear to be normal in size, shape and colour.  So,  they are in their physiological state. No pathology is evident.

As per the image...there is no abnormality as such...only the pappilae seems to be little larger which is normal...but as you said that you have vit b12 deficiency so you might have pernicious anaemia which does affect the tongue....so whatever treatment is being given to you for the deficiency please continue with that as per the doctor so that no further oral manifestation occurs
Next Steps
take the b12 supplements as prescribed by the doctor....and maintain proper oral hygiene by brushing twice daily and cleaning your tongue
Health Tips
if you have any tobacco consumption habits in any form....please restrict them
