Bump underarmpit

I got a bump under my armpit around 1.5 months back.. initially it was mildly painful n itchy..consulted a doctor n taken cefpodea n hefinac and mupi ointment for a week..the pain n itchiness has gone..but the bump is still thereand its hard ?? Is there anything to worry about? Kindly suggest

It's an abscess .. might leave a permanent lymph node .. if ur using roll ons stop using it .. deoderants spray is better .. if no pain forget it .. don't worry .. if having doubts pls connect
