There is a bump on my wrist... on the bone .....It pains when i press ... Attaching the photo .. please suggest what to do Is it cancerous ?

It is a ganglion. It is not cancerous. Use a elastic wrist band and give rest to the wrist for a few days. Take paracetamol  sos.

If is called ganglion cyst, which is collection of gel like substance.
Next Steps
Needs injection into the lesion to remove the gel, and fill it with steroid to prevent recurrence to be done under local anesthesia. It is not cancerous. Can ignore if it's not bothering too much.
