I've a bump on both of my wrists but my left side is more visible. I can feel it, it feels like a bone and it moves under the skin.

Is there any pain at the swelling site? How is the skin over the swelling? Are the movement of the wrist joint restricted? Is the swelling growing in size? History of weight loss, loss of appetite? (A Clinical picture might help). Based on the limited information provided it could be a ganglion cyst. But proper examination and investigation is necessary to reach a proper diagnosis
