I have a meaty tissue like bump that has grown on my lip and it will not go away . It scans over and it will not come off . It's pink it bleeds when I pick the skin of it . It a size of a pea

It can be a mucocele...but very hard to comment like this without seeing...kindly show it to a dentist near by u.
