My mother's uterus size is 127mm×57mm×80mm . Myometrium is homogeneous.large submucosal fibroid (53.6mm×37.9mm)is seen in anterior myometrium , causing mild distension of the cavity and abutting the Endometrium prosteriorly. Endometrium thickness is 7.1 mm . Is it possible to fix it without any surgery? She is suffering bleeding all time and extreme pain & sometimes light to no pain but bleeding continue happen.
