I have bulging disc problem and because of this i am suffering from too much pain in my back and lower body.
I have tried many type of treatments like... allopathy,
acupressure,
Etc...
But it is still increasing day by day.

For this problem, first of all prevent forward bending and bend sitting, and immediately consult a physiotherapist nearby, then with full precaution start therapy sessions, after few days u will be free from pain
