Hi, I'm Javed. I'm having back pain in lower portion right hand side for 18 months. I'm done with treatment in Chennai with physiotherapy like pelvic traction, ppt amd something vibration like, ultrasound and few exercise. But the pain is same now. MRI report shows a mild bulging disc. Any suggestions to fix it?
