In MRI report mentioned diffuse bulge with posterocentral protrusion of L4 L5 disc noted causing mild central canal and bilateral forminal narrowing and indenting bilateral traversing nerve roots

As it's Disc Protrusion, So Don't Start any Exercises Your Self. Consult to a Good Physiotherapist and Follow Proper Exercise Plan for it. Your Treatment may Include Some Modalities also.

Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

These MRI scans are mostly misleading. Consult a physiotherapist for proper physical assessment and few sessions with him can solve your problem.

Always turn and then get up from bed. No forward bending. Avoid long hours of sitting or standing. Use a pillow below ur legs while sleeping. Use firm mattress . Visit to physiotherapist or consult me separately for exercise and treament.
