For immunity take good diet. Also u can go for Avena sativa Q 10-15 drops BD for immunity. Avoid external supplements as they can cause irreversible side effects

Hi dear it’s a habit in youths nowadays to start suppliments to cope up their nutritional deficiency by natural food intake . Highly not recommend especially young adults like u . Normally till certain age our body has capacity to pickup nutrients from gut if your metabolism and food habits are smooth and healthy. So if you have problem or deficiency you need to know y it’s so . If you simply start intake of capsules , suppliments your body may react in other way or you yourselves may induce hyper vitaminoses like condition
Next Steps
Please supply your body natural ingredients rather having these medications.

U can’t build immunity like this. That u pop capsule/tablet etc n ur immunity will be strong. It’s a sum total of many factors like ur food habits, timings, lifestyle. Is it sedentary or active. What exercise u do, how many days n how much time. How is ur daily routine, stress/anxiety/emotions etc.

Hello Ma'am, 2 capsules twice a day. That's good enough. But why to go for such products, when you have better, 100% herbal options in your own kitchen...! * Soaked Almonds - 2-3 almonds in the breakfast. You can also prefer Mamra OR Gurbandi Almonds instead of Californian one. These are rich in nutrients such as omega3, vitaminE and antioxidants. * Turmeric Milk - A cup of milk with 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder. This simple combination has got countless health benefits. Few Ayurvedic herbal medicines are also available, * Himalaya Septilin Table - 1 tablet twice a day. It's a herbal immunity booster. Last but NOT the least. ** Exercise - Make it a habit. You can try these options. Call me if there is any query. Wish you a happy and healthy life...!
