Bruxism Teeth Grinding - Need solution

I have a habit of grinding my teeth in sleep. Especially the molar teeth. This makes my teeth hurt a lot after waking up. What is the reason and solution for this?

It is due to stress.. Solution is have a soft splint night guard..during sleep..
