Browning front teeth

One of my front teeth has started becoming brown/discolored. Doesn't pain or anything. Also most of the teeth has yellow tint. I had gone for dental clean up 2.5 years ago.

Get the dental examination done from nearby dentist. If the front tooth is painless and discoloured, it may be due to previous trauma, get the x ray done for the same tooth. For other teeth we advise regular dental cleaning and polishing. Dentist will give you good advise.
