I spotted for about 10 days after my D&E procedure.Now It has been 4 weeks 5 days to my D&E and today I got very little dark brown discharge which I could wipe on tissue. I have not resumed my periods yet. Could this be my period coming or just old blood. Is it normal?

Why was dnc done? Was any intra uterine device inserted? 1st menses after dnc can take 30-40 days to resume. This can be resuming of your menstrual cycle.
