There are three layers in the teeth, if the impact is very minimal and doesn't involve the second and third layer,you can just go for tooth coloured filling and keep it in observation for few months and then depending on the colour changes and pain you can go for further treatment, if the impact is deep involving second and third layer rct with crown is advisable
