Chief complaints: Disccoloured teeth with respect to upper front tooth On examination: hisoty of trauma non-vital tooth IOPA RADIOGRAPH TAKEN: 11 RADIOGRAPH SHOWS PERI-APICAL RADIOLUCENCY SUGGESTING RADICULAR CYST

APISECTOMY Couldbe done with guided bone regeneration along with RCT and Crown.Try to save tooth as long as possible.
