I used to walk fast before my pregnancy, now I am 4 months pregnant but still I walk fast due to habit. Is it harmful?

It is not harmful as long as you don't get any symptoms during the brisk walk. Your biological parameters during pregnancy should be within normal limits.

Walking is good As long as you don’t strain yourself and gasp for air while walking fast , its ok Make sure to confirm with your obgyn that you dont have any conditions requiring bed rest
