Breathing trouble

I was affected by shortness of breath before 2 months.Consulted a pulmonologist and he gave medicines for 1 month. But no improvement.Then consulted another pulmonologist in person. Took x ray and told it is bronchitis sinusitis. Then gave medicines for two weeks. Still the problem is continuing.Pl.suggest a solution.
