Breathing issues

I am 90 kilo male of height 5'10 I usually get some breathing issues that are difficult to explain . So bulgum always comes in my mouth . And i feel like i am having breathing difficulty but mostly oximeter reading is ok. Yes sometimes it dips to 92 . I am having bulging stomach . Yes i eat a lot of junk food. Can my stomach be causing difficulty breathing. Also i feel slight tension on my chest. I am confused , is this really pulmonolgy issue ?

May be Allergic and due to obesity. Every thing will come down,if you reduce wt,Regular exercises, Balanced diet,yoga and Meditation,and pranayama. Pl consult pulmonologist for further evaluation and treatment.
