Breathing issue

My wife has been suffering from breathing issues since Jan when we all got COVID. We got her IgE levels checked and it came back as 673 is/ml. All the other test like sugarlipid profile cbc rbc are within range or just above range. What should we do next? What does IgE level of 673 mean.

She could be suffering from allergic asthma. Please consult a pulmonologist for proper management
