Breath issue when sleeping

Wake up for breath in sleep  feel like breathing is required and will take deep breath No snoring Nasal congestion of shifting side from past 1 year I have healthy anexity from last 2 years Is this sleep apnea? Asthma? COPD? Please say me the cause if it's sleep apnea what is life expectancy with and without treatment
