When you develop an infection on the breast then you should not give feed to the baby directly from the breast. You should express the milk out either manually or by the breast pump, boil the milk, cool it and give it to the baby either by a bottle or by a spoon. In the meantime you should consult with your Gynaecologist and take appropriate treatment for the abscess.
