When the let down of milk is faster babies might find it difficult to swallow; also such problems of faster let down happens when nipple is slightly flat Try feeding your baby on the left breast with your fingers gripping your areola so that you can control the let down. If flat nipple is the problem, try syringing the nipple You can buy a 10ml syringe from medical shop, smoothly cut the front end of syringe, reverse the plunger and use the back end for syringing.
