CT chest with contrast: well defined small oval soft tissue lesion 2 cm x 1.2 cm in left breast. CT done for bronchial asthma Lung parenchyma normal. Is the node or the soft tissue is kind of anything serious?

It is uncommon to have 2cm x 1.2cm lesion in male breast which only seen CT scan. Kindly self examine your chest and if possible do consult your nearby doctor for examination & further evaluation.

Do u have family history of breast Ca? Do u have done self breast exam ? Do u have found any nodule , lump ? Is there any change in size and texture of nipple/ areola ? Or change in skin texture. It can be early signs , including any watery discharge from nipples and should not ne ignored. Tenderness can be due to underlying abscess/pus or infection.do u have fever or any other complaints or on any other harmonal medications or contraceptive pills.consult me here on practo

Please ask your doctor who is treating you for Bronchial Asthma. I hope you got the CT scan done on the advice of some doctor. Either your Doctor will give an opinion on the "well defined soft oval tissue" or he will refer you to another Doctor who can help you. By asking such questions on Tele-consultation you will get ten possibilities as a cause for this "well defined soft oval tissue". I am sure that was not your aim.
