Attaching the ultrasound, please tell me if it is dangerous. Age - 21 years. The bigger one was present for years but the cyst is new

It is not a dangerous situation . One has been there for a long time . The size is very small. It can be removed if it is causing any symptoms.  The other one is too small.  It can't even be felt clinically. There are lymph nodes in both armpits. Most likely they are because of infection.
