Please doctors this is one year and few days I gave birth to my twins they rejected breast milk at 4 months because it was not enough for both I placed them on formula then, but the issue is now when I swiss my breast few drops come out not exactly milk colour but like water then I feel like is bitting me inside please is there something I need to take to dry up the milk and stop the pains as well
