Breast and nipple pain at 32nd week

I am at 32nd week and ask week I saw little watery discharge from nipple and I tried squeezing to check is its really a watery discharge. From then on I am experiencing breast and nipple pain . Is it normal ? Should I consult doctor ?

Do not press the nipples because this can initiate preterm  labour this is normal the breast is preparing for lactation

Discharge from breast can occur in pregnancy.. If you have excessive pain you can take medicine or consult your gynaecologist
