Can only vertigo which is getting cured on anti-vertigo medicines but re-appearing when stopped be a sign of brain tumor ? No other symptoms other than vertigo on opening eyes and movement .
There are too many causes for vertigo like BPPV - benign paroxysmal positional vertigo when tiny calcium particles (canaliths) clump up in canals of the inner ear.
